Once you contact our office, we will assess your divorce matter free of charge. If you qualify for our Low Cost Divorce program we will request payment for our services. We accept credit card, debit card, money orders, personal check, or cash. You may elect to pay over the phone, or mail your payment to our office, or come into our office. Once we have received payment, we will email, or fax, or mail to you, our "New Matter Form". The new matter form needs to be completed and sent back to us in any manor you choose.

Once we have received your completed "New Matter Form" and your payment has been verified, we will get started preparing your Petition for Divorce and Waiver of Service. Within 7-10 days we will file your Petition for Divorce with the appropriate court and provide your spouse with the required "Waiver of Service".

Once your Petition for Divorce has been filed, your 60 day waiting period has begun. During the sixty day waiting period we will get started on your Final Decree of Divorce and child support order if applicable. Some divorce matters require additional documents. If your matter requires additional documents we will inform you of such documents and additional cost if applicable. Once your Final documents are completed and all parties agree, signatures are required from the Petitioner, the Respondent and the Attorney.

Our office will schedule a final hearing date with the court. Once your 60 day waiting period has expired, you will meet our Attorney at the Court to finalize your divorce matter.
